Prior to The/Nudge, Anuradha spent 15+ years in international tax and financial consulting at PricewaterhouseCoopers & Deloitte, advising multinational corporations on Transfer Pricing, international tax strategy, and cross-border advisory. She later moved into People Strategy, leading PwC’s inclusive recruitment practice, and focusing on the firm’s diversity and inclusion initiatives at scale.

She holds a Master’s in Economics from University of Delhi

Himali Arora

Himali Arora is a seasoned global executive with over two decades of leadership in strategy, finance, and operations, Having risen to divisional CFO at GE, she later pivoted to high-stakes consulting, spearheading multi-year radical shifts across the Tech, Retail, and Pharma sectors. Beyond the boardroom, Himali is a Stanford-certified yoga teacher and a fierce advocate for women’s health and economic mobility. She is a firm believer that systemic change requires both financial rigor and human compassion. To recharge, she retreats to her budding kitchen garden or a quiet corner with a book.

Mamta Naidu

Mamta brings over 17 years of experience across education, livelihoods and philanthropy, and currently leads development efforts for The/Nudge in New York.

Prior to this, Mamta served as National Director at Lighthouse Communities Foundation, where she led large-scale skilling and livelihoods programs that placed over 7,500 young people in jobs. She also built a strong ecosystem of 100+ skilling partners and 3,000+ placement partners. Earlier, Mamta led city-wide school leadership initiatives at the India School Leadership Institute (Akanksha Foundation) and spent nearly a decade with Cambridge English Language Assessment, managing partnerships with universities, schools, and hundreds of English educators across India.

Mamta holds a Master’s degree in Philosophy from Mumbai University.

Head of Development, San Francisco & Bay Area

Sowmya Ramakrishnan

Sowmya Ramakrishnan is Head of Development (San Francisco & the Bay Area) at The/Nudge. Prior to The/Nudge, her 18-year corporate career spanned engineering, product, and marketing across APAC and the US with significant stints at Google, IBM, and GovTech Singapore under the Prime Minister’s Office. Running parallel to that career was an equally long commitment to social impact – two decades of hands-on work in the not-for-profit sector that include helping build and run a school for first-generation students in rural Tamil Nadu, and pro bono consulting work for climate and social sector organizations.

Sowmya is also a visual artist and short fiction writer who sells her work to fund the causes closest to her heart. She holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and an MBA from the Indian School of Business.
