We have been made aware that certain unknown individuals, entities or organizations are unauthorizedly using the name and photographs of our founder and trustees, and the name and logo of The/Nudge and/or The/Nudge Foundation to impersonate or wrongfully claim association with us.

These unknown individuals, entities or organizations may falsely create similar looking or sounding domains, fake email IDs and websites; seek donations; promise partnerships, grants or other associations against payment of sums of money as nomination fees, security deposits or other fraudulent financial schemes. They may also collect and misuse personal information such as names, phone numbers, email addresses, and bank account details without authorization.

Please note that anyone who chooses to engage or correspond with such individuals, entities, or organizations does so entirely at their own risk. The/Nudge or The/Nudge Foundation will not be responsible or liable for any loss, damage, or harm arising from, or related to, any communication, transaction, or interaction by any means with such fraudulent parties.

All announcements and information emanating from The/Nudge will be published on our official channels. Please do not rely on any communication coming from channels other than our authorized ones.
