Derem Surin from Kadamdiha village in West Singhbhum, Jharkhand, made a powerful shift in her livelihood journey. The same space where she once sold hadiya (traditional rice beer) is now a grocery shop, made possible through sustained handholding under the Phulo Jhano Aashirwad Initiative.
