The Incubator (9 months · ~$35K innovation grant · 5 organizations per cohort) takes early non-profit founders from potential to backable across theory of change, operating model and fundraising. The Accelerator (12 months · ~$90K grant · 3 organizations per cohort) is for those with a proven model, growth capital, executive coaching, strategic clarity and a senior peer cohort.
